My wife inspired me to start writing down my ideas back in 2005. Many of those visions have come to light and have helped me both in my personal and business life. As of date, I am currently on idea number 700. Believe it or not, many of those ideas were written while I was taking a shower. I would like to encourage others to do the same.
What's my status?
1. I'm going to invent something today.
2. Make a prototype.
3. Do some working drawings.
4. Patent the invention.
5. Market it and sell it.
6. Give 10 percent of the proceeds back to some green initiative to offset any increased carbon footprint I may incur.
7. Hire a bunch of people to make, market, and distribute it.
8. And then invent something else.
Think I can?
Happy May Day everyone! On this day people used to leave a basket of flowers and candy on their neighbors porch then push the door bell and run (prankster)

Today I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and the natural human understanding and consideration offered by your customer service department. I recently broke the belt clip that goes to my Otterbox for my Motorola Photon 4G Cell phone. I've really come to depend on my Otterbox since I can recall at least 3 times that my phone crashed onto either asphalt or concrete and not a scratch occurred to my phone. Anyways, to make a long story short, I wrote a quick email to Customer Support at Otterbox and sent them a picture of my dilemma and let them know that I didn't have my original receipt, but that I bought it from a reputable Sprint Store, giving them their address and phone number if they wanted to confirm. At the end of this working day, they got back to me and let me know that everything went through and that they are sending me my replacement part. I haven't had this kind of service since I was a little kid. Keep up the great work Otterbox, you have my vote of confidence.
Sincerely,
Victor Noda
